Description

You will manage complex release cycles and provide strategic advisory services within the financial services sector.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle and apply change and release management principles.
• Direct distributed teams, including offshore personnel, to deliver client engagements.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities by defining business solutions for moderately complex issues.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends, strategies, and thought leadership.
• Present solutions and business intelligence to C-level executives and client stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial services or financial services consulting.
• Expertise in change and release management principles.
• Proficiency with industry-standard change management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Experience directing distributed and offshore teams.
• Ability to define business solutions and support the sales process.
• Proven ability to work effectively with C-level executives.
• Knowledge of FIS services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience presenting thought leadership in webinars and client conference settings.
• Background in technology optimization, organizational design, or strategic planning.
