Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain configuration management plans and procedures.
• Track and control changes to project requirements and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to manage configuration items and ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain configuration management databases and tools while resolving identified issues.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in configuration management and requirements engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL and CMMI standards.
• Proficiency in configuration management processes and tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to prepare and present configuration management reports.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with software configuration management tools.
• Prior experience working on metro or transportation projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
