Description

You will own the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Atlassian and ServiceNow suites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Jira Premium Cloud instances, including workflows, projects, schemas, screen schemes, and custom fields.
• Configure and administer Atlassian products such as Confluence and Bitbucket to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and JQL filters to support incident and project management.
• Optimize and secure workflows, permissions, and integrations between Jira, ServiceNow, and other developer or analytics tools.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, including resource utilization and stack trace analysis, while ensuring system availability based on defined SLAs.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Jira Administrator.
• Deep understanding of Jira and ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JQL and SQL.
• Experience with Atlassian products including Confluence and Bitbucket.
• Experience with scripting and creating plugins for Jira and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of database management.
• Jira Administration certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing cross-functional department workflows.
• Ability to integrate Atlassian tools with CI/CD and development toolchains.
