Description

You will manage and mature Jira and ServiceNow platforms to optimize incident and project management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira Premium Cloud instances, including workflows, custom fields, schemas, screen schemes, and permissions.
• Configure and maintain the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Build custom reports and dashboards using JQL and various filter types.
• Manage integrations between Atlassian tools and third-party productivity, developer, or analytics tools.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to configure integrations and reporting between Jira and ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Jira Administrator with Jira Administration certification.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
• Experience with Atlassian products including Confluence and Bitbucket.
• Proficiency in JQL and SQL.
• Experience with CI tools and integrations.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting, including resource utilization and stack trace analysis.
• Experience with scripting and creating plugins for Jira and ServiceNow.
• Experience with database management.
