Description

Manage system configurations and installation documentation within an Agile environment. You will own the release pipeline, ensuring systems are installed, updated, and configured according to established best practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare configuration specifications, installation documentation, and verification procedures.
• Install, update, and configure systems following established best practices.
• Analyze database issues, manage backups, and develop solutions for configuration errors.
• Document technical issues and contribute to the internal knowledge base and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Testing Leads to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with Loftware P360 (formerly Prism ID).
• Experience working in CSV / GMP environments.
• Proficiency with JIRA for backlog and task management.
• Experience with API tools such as Postman or SOAP.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for Incident, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Experience with ALM for testing.
• Knowledge of JSON structures and Windows Stack (MS SQL, IIS).
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level).
• Experience working on Agile projects.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of OPAL, Bartender, NiceLabel, Loftware Spectrum, or LPS.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• German or Polish language skills.
