Description

You manage configuration processes and technical documentation within an Agile environment. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Testing Leads to deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve solution documentation quality and the internal knowledge base.
• Contribute to team knowledge management practices.
• Support configuration workflows within ServiceNow modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in configuration or technical specialist roles.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically Incident, Change, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Experience with the Windows stack, including MS SQL and IIS.
• Proficiency with JSON.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Ability to obtain SAFe Certification after joining.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of PowerShell or Python.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
