Description

You will build and manage real-time streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka and Confluent Platform. This role focuses on integrating Kafka with telecom systems, including OSS/BSS, CRM, and billing, while ensuring high availability and low latency for critical data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage real-time streaming pipelines using Kafka Producers, Consumers, and Connect.
• Integrate Kafka with telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, CRM, and billing platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Kafka environments for performance and availability.
• Implement secure data streaming practices including SSL/TLS, SASL authentication, and RBAC.
• Handle real-time streaming for telecom data pipelines, including CDRs and network events.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Apache Kafka and Confluent Platform (Schema Registry, Kafka Streams, ksqlDB).
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Scala.
• Experience with Confluent Cloud or Kafka on Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices.
• Experience with AT&T or telecom clients and exposure to OSS/BSS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and monitoring skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flink or Spark Streaming.
• Confluent or Kafka certifications.
