Description

Lead Conga CPQ configuration, integration, and optimization for Salesforce-based sales operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure Conga CPQ for product bundling, pricing rules, discounting models, and approval workflows.
• Design and implement guided selling processes to improve sales efficiency.
• Integrate Conga CPQ with Salesforce, ERP, and third-party systems including e-signature solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve Conga CPQ-related errors.
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations and support UAT, training, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce with at least 5 years working with Conga CPQ.
• Hands-on expertise in Conga CPQ configuration, pricing models, and guided selling.
• Mandatory proficiency in Conga Callbacks and C#.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools including Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Experience integrating Conga CPQ with ERP, Billing, or e-signature platforms like DocuSign or AdobeSign.
• Basic knowledge of SOQL, Apex, and Lightning Components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Conga CPQ certification.
