Description

You will develop and maintain Connex components within a banking payment environment, focusing on AP and PI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test Connex components including AP and PI.
• Onboard financial institutions to the AP environment and manage client data movement between networks.
• Maintain database operations, including copying test databases to production and handling record management for deleted or changed data.
• Enforce CED Database security through user access, data, and file security controls.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in banking payment domains, transaction processing, or merchant acquiring/issuing.
• Deep knowledge of Connex system architecture, environment databases, APM, APO, APWeb, and APBatch2.
• Proficiency in TAL programming language and TACL.
• Experience with Tandem NonStop, COBOL, and Connex code.
• Hands-on use of utilities including FUF, Pathway, Inspect, Histrpt, and Logscan.
• Knowledge of ATM/POS device driving, scheme/interchange links, and card/account authorization.
• Experience with key management and validation using Thales or SafeNet HSMs.
• Practical understanding of ISO standards and message formats.
• Technical familiarity with Apweb, PHP, and SQL.
