Description

You will manage the implementation and coordination of building construction projects to support site operations in Princeton, IN.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction scheduling, communication, and daily RFI support.
• Act as the primary liaison between in-field construction teams and project management.
• Supervise construction activity and monitor equipment installation against specifications and drawings.
• Manage weekend and shutdown work plans with contractors, facilities, and engineering teams.
• Handle estimates, schedules, materials, purchase orders, and vendor coordination for equipment delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in industrial construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods.
• Proficiency in drawing review and field application.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to manage construction schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Construction Management, Project Management, and Industrial Construction.
• Cost Estimation and Scheduling skills.
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, walk, and ascend/descend stairs throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant for extended periods.

Preferred Skills

• Associate’s degree in construction management.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.
