Description

You will oversee complex water resource and infrastructure projects from planning through completion, managing costs, safety, and client communications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects to ensure alignment with specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain efficient workflows and high-quality results.
• Oversee wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, concrete tanks, and pipelines.
• Manage project costs, budgets, and resource allocation while negotiating with suppliers for cost efficiency.
• Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety protocols to maintain a compliant work environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of construction management experience with a focus on civil or structural projects.
• Proven experience managing wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, concrete tanks, or pipeline construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and testing methods.
• Familiarity with building codes and industry standards such as ACI and ASTM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience negotiating with suppliers for cost efficiency.
• Direct communication with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
