Description

You will manage onsite construction operations in New Mexico, coordinating subcontractors and field staff to ensure projects meet safety and schedule requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mechanical, I&E, Site Safety, Field Project Controls, and Material Coordinators.
• Coordinate daily workflows with subcontractors and the home office to maintain project progress.
• Monitor safe work practices and ensure HSE standards are the top priority on the jobsite.
• Manage field verification, RFIs/FDs, forecasting, and daily progress tracking via spreadsheets.
• Lead site walks, host progress meetings, and provide status updates to clients and Project Managers.

Required Skills

• At least 10 years of construction management experience or equivalent education and experience.
• HSE Certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High School Diploma or GED with some college coursework.
• Ability to independently make decisions and direct daily project workflows.
• Experience tracking project metrics and maintaining up-to-date documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Associate, Bachelor’s, trade, or technical school degree.
