Description

You manage construction projects from planning through execution. You will own the coordination of projects, developing detailed plans to meet objectives and directing the integration of technical activities.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employee work, overseeing staff competence development.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff on project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution techniques.
• Knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in computer software, including Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification.
