Description

You will manage facility construction and capital projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules, track costs, and prepare status reports for management.
• Create Request for Capital Investments, including User Requirements Documents (URS), Basis of Design (BOD), and Functional Specifications.
• Supervise contract personnel and outside vendors performing contracted services.
• Direct technical decision-making for capital asset purchases and strategic initiatives.
• Lead Process and Product Quality investigations and implement corrective actions (CAPAs).

Required Skills

• 3+ years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Master's degree in Engineering.
• Project management certification.
• Extensive knowledge of construction, design, and management.
• Advanced knowledge of various roofing construction techniques.
• Experience with maintenance and projects in regulated industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
