Description

You will manage day-to-day activities for large-scale, ground-up Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) projects in Florence, SC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction phase activities and manage teams to execute Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Process scopes.
• Coordinate contractor activities and resolve field construction problems.
• Liaise with operations during system installation and commissioning.
• Develop construction quality and safety plans in coordination with QA/QC and safety managers.
• Report construction progress and risks to the Project Director and review contractor deliverables for compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing large industrial projects with $100m+ CAPEX.
• Advanced knowledge of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Process scopes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supervising construction within global leading companies.
• Understanding of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards.
• Understanding of ISO14001 environmental standards.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work within cross-functional organizations under challenging timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate studies in project management or business.
