Description

You will manage large-scale, ground-up Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day construction phase activities and manage teams executing Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Process scopes.
  • Coordinate contractor activities and resolve field construction problems.
  • Liaise with operations during system installation and commissioning.
  • Develop construction quality and safety plans in conjunction with QA/QC and safety managers.
  • Review contractor deliverables for compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Report construction progress and risks to the Project Director.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience managing large industrial projects with $100m+ CAPEX.
  • Proven delivery on Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Process scopes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Project Management, Scheduling, and Commissioning.
  • Experience with Tool install, Clean room, or Dry room environments.
  • Knowledge of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards.
  • Understanding of ISO14001 environmental standards.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Graduate studies or Master's degree in Project Management or Business.
  • Experience acting as an owner’s representative for a General Contractor.
  • Mandarin Chinese language skills.
