Description

You will manage multiple large-scale, ground-up industrial and commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost control, including budget monitoring, contract document preparation, scheduling, and invoice processing.
• Manage subcontractor workflows to ensure timely deliveries and accurate completion of work.
• Issue design criteria based on tenant requirements, including general conditions and project specifications.
• Coordinate with Architects and Engineers, conducting review meetings to ensure plan quality and cost effectiveness.
• Monitor project scope against pro forma budgets and advise management on necessary revisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of commercial project management experience.
• Direct experience with new ground-up industrial and commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Active driver’s license.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain stakeholder relationships and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with retail building construction.
