Description

You will lead self-perform construction for large-scale, ground-up engineering-procurement-construction projects in Sparks, NV.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale design-build and self-performed construction projects on or ahead of schedule.
• Lead internal groups of carpenters, laborers, and operators to construct production facilities.
• Promote a safety and quality-driven culture across all project phases.
• Coach and mentor subordinates on construction industry excellence.
• Communicate project roadblocks and successes to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing large commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Proven delivery on Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, electrical, life safety, and controls scopes.
• Expertise in RFI management, OSHA standards, code compliance, and building occupancy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and construction cost/data analysis.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
