Description

You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale public infrastructure projects in Washington D.C.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage consultant teams, project budgets, and tight timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders, public sector agencies, and internal project teams.
• Coordinate all project communications, reporting, and documentation, including meetings and conference calls.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide agencies through program development, procurement, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in large-scale public infrastructure project management.
• Proven track record delivering projects under tight schedules and budget constraints.
• Experience with transportation, multi-modal facilities, utilities, recreational/public education, and energy/sustainability projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification.
• Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM) or OSHA Safety Certification.
