Description

Oversee safety protocols and training programs to ensure regulatory compliance across construction sites in Bowling Green, KY.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for construction projects.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Provide safety training and education to employees and subcontractors.
• Investigate accidents and near misses to develop corrective action plans.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential safety concerns.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction safety management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and relevant safety standards.
• Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills
