Description

Lead and manage construction projects nationwide, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans aligned with goals, timelines, and resources.
• Manage daily construction activities to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
• Lead and supervise construction teams, enforcing strict adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate logistics and optimize resource allocation for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors, securing competitive bids.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in construction field management with a record of successful project completion.
• Experience in project estimating, including takeoff reviews and cost tracking.
• Extensive on-site construction leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency in Superintendent and Construction practices.
• Ability to adapt to different project environments and travel frequently.
• Experience in Hospitality and Retail environments is considered.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
