Description

Act as a Techno-functional Business Analyst for Trade and Transaction Reporting regulatory projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex requirements for large-scale systems in the transaction reporting space.
• Gather requirements and perform technical analysis using Jira.
• Deep dive into data details to identify and resolve regulatory reporting issues.
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize deliverables within an Agile lifecycle.
• Perform day-to-day data analysis at the code level.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Proven experience in Trade and Transaction Reporting.
• Deep understanding of Financial Derivative Products, including ETD and OTC derivatives.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as CFTC/Dodd-Frank/SEC/CSA or ESMA/EMIR/MiFID.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira for requirement gathering and technical analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.

Preferred Skills

• Python or OOP programming experience for data analysis.
• Prior experience working in large banking environments.
