Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Captiva and ECM capabilities for document ingestion, processing, and content lifecycle management.
• Design workflow automation for document routing, approvals, and operational processes aligned to business requirements.
• Develop and maintain content management structures, metadata, and retrieval patterns to support enterprise search and access.
• Perform system integration between ECM components and upstream/downstream enterprise applications.
• Support digital transformation efforts by improving document workflows, governance, and operational efficiency.

Skills Required:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in ECM/document management and workflow automation
• Captiva and ECM implementation experience
• Document Management and Content Management concepts and delivery experience
• Workflow Automation design and implementation
• System Integration experience for connecting ECM with enterprise systems

Good to Have:

• OpenText, Kofax, IBM FileNet, Oracle WebCenter, SharePoint, Alfresco

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Master's Degree in Information Technology
