Description

You will implement, configure, and support ECM solutions, focusing on Captiva for document ingestion, processing, and lifecycle management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Captiva and ECM capabilities for document workflows and content management.
• Design workflow automation for document routing, approvals, and operational processes aligned to business needs.
• Develop content management structures, metadata, and retrieval patterns to support enterprise search.
• Perform system integration between ECM components and upstream/downstream enterprise applications.
• Support digital transformation efforts by improving document governance and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in ECM, document management, and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with Captiva and ECM implementation.
• Strong understanding of Document Management and Content Management concepts.
• Experience in workflow automation design and implementation.
• Proven system integration experience connecting ECM with enterprise systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenText, Kofax, IBM FileNet, or Oracle WebCenter.
• Familiarity with SharePoint or Alfresco.
