Description

You will design and implement cloud-based frontend architecture and middleware components for a Backend for Frontend (BFF) SaaS solution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define frontend cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security standards.
• Make architectural decisions for cloud-based frontend systems and manage infrastructure services on hyperscalers.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Aggregate and foster work packages for a team of 2-3 people.
• Implement best practices for API Gateways, Load Balancers, and CDN setup.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience in Angular, Node.js, or React.
• Experience with Docker and managing Kubernetes environments or clusters.
• Proficiency with Kustomize, Helm, Jenkins, or Tekton.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of Git/Gitflow, Design patterns, Maven/Gradle, and NPM.
• Advanced Linux Shell scripting skills.
• Knowledge of Log stack architectures and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with AngularJS and Azure cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP or SAP Kyma.
• Advanced expertise in multi-level caching (CDN, Redis, In-Memory, or Database query caching).
• Experience leading accessibility projects within the Angular framework.
