Description

You will lead full-stack data science efforts, focusing on model experimentation, testing, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute model experimentation, testing, and monitoring workflows.
• Implement deployment strategies including A/B, Blue-green, and Canary releases.
• Manage model provisioning using Kubernetes, Kibana, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
• Apply bias detection, correction, and explainability techniques using SHAP, LIME, or SHAPLEY.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Proficiency with Dask, Pandas, and Airflow.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database skills.
• Experience with Azure ML, Azure Synapse ML, and Databricks ML.
• Hands-on experience with Big Query ML, Data Robot, and Domino DataLabs.
• Knowledge of deployment environments like SageMaker Studio and Vertex AI.
• Experience with model explainability and bias detection.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Kibana for model provisioning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Neo4J.
