Description

You will develop and support GIS-based web applications and spatial data solutions for the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Build GIS web applications using .NET and JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop custom widgets and applications within the ArcGIS ecosystem.
• Manage spatial data by integrating disparate datasets from multiple systems.
• Perform proof of concept development to validate solutions and mitigate technical risk.
• Collaborate with engineers, geoscientists, and data managers to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience with GIS web application development using .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Suites, including ArcGIS Desktop/Pro, ArcObjects, ArcSDE, ArcGIS Enterprise, and Web App Builder/Web Experience Builder.
• Hands-on experience with ArcGIS JavaScript 4.x, ArcGIS Runtime, and Python (ArcPy, Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with GitHub and version control.
• Ability to support geostatistical analysis, geoprocessing, and geocoding tools.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or equivalent progressive experience).

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of GIS industry experience and ESRI technologies.
• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise on Azure, including administration, governance, and database monitoring.
• Knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Explorer.

Key Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
