Description

You will act as a consultant focused on business analysis and solution design within the Learning Services process.

Responsibilities

• Elicit functional and non-functional business requirements and document them via Business Requirement Documents and Agile EPIC documentation.
• Map current business processes and capture requirements for internal and external consulting engagements.
• Create requirement specifications based on architecture, design, and process detailing.
• Evaluate, validate, and deploy development and configuration solutions.
• Collaborate within multi-application teams using Agile Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture and process design.
• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 4+ years of experience capturing requirements and mapping business processes for consulting.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and solution design for Learning Services.
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum team.
• 3+ years of experience in development, configuration, solution evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience in the Service Assurance space.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a management consulting environment requiring regular travel.
