Description

You will manage the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle and support IT operations in Midtown, Manhattan.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Support IT operations and end-user environments.
• Maintain documentation for computer hardware and operating systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FFIEC or OCC.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in IT.
• At least 3 years in IT Asset Management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Deep knowledge of the IT asset lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, Teams, and Jabber.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification (Foundation or above).
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
• Background in IT operations or end-user support.
