Description

You will lead the delivery of enterprise solutions by bridging business needs with technical implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design and configure enterprise solutions to meet specific client business needs.
• Lead system integration testing and user acceptance testing cycles.
• Develop training materials and comprehensive client documentation.
• Support clients during implementation, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or solution consulting.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and requirement validation.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and backlog management.
• Expertise in creating clear technical and functional documentation.
• Proven track record applying Agile methodologies in delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise solution configuration.
• Ability to lead client workshops independently.
