Description

You serve as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and the external data warehouse vendor, ensuring data requests are met efficiently. You own the end-to-end process from requirement definition through testing and pipeline monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Interface with business users and the data warehouse vendor to facilitate and prioritize data requests.
• Conduct deep-dive data investigations to help staff locate, understand, and validate required datasets.
• Define functional requirements for future data needs aligned with broader business objectives.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify quality during new releases.
• Monitor data pipelines and ensure adherence to processing SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data management or project coordination.
• Strong SQL skills for complex data investigation and analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of Data Warehouse environments and architecture.
• Experience with ETL processes and understanding of data pipeline workflows.
• Domain expertise in Cloud Computing concepts and services.
• Proven investigative skills for troubleshooting data issues and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to work on-site in Marietta, GA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating UAT for large-scale data warehouse releases.
• Background in defining data governance or SLA metrics.
