Drive business development and provide data-driven insights to address client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to discover business needs and challenges through workshops.
• Perform quantitative and observational data analyses to uncover actionable insights.
• Create and present formal recommendations to clients based on analytical findings.
• Execute cold calling and lead generation activities to build a sales pipeline.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for senior account managers.

Required Skills

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Business Development or Inside Sales.
• Proven experience selling IT services or technology solutions.
• Direct experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client presentations.
• Ability to work the 7:00pm - 4:00am IST shift.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with senior account managers on pipeline management.
