Translate functional requirements into technical documentation and manage day-to-day customer operations for QAD EDI implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into technical documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform custom QAD programming and standard functional troubleshooting.
• Develop workflow documentation and contribute to process improvement ideation and tool building.
• Communicate independently with customers regarding daily operations.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical feedback.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with QAD Cloud EDI.
• Proficiency in EDI Excelerator.
• Technical documentation writing.
• Functional troubleshooting.
• Workflow documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
