Description

You will design and deliver technical solutions for SAP HR applications, collaborating closely with the functional team to translate business requirements into robust code.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance objects using OO ABAP, HR ABAP, CDS Views, SAP Workflow, Reports, OData services, and Proxies.
• Review functional specifications and prepare detailed technical specifications to guide development efforts.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure system stability and optimal speed.
• Support integration and user acceptance testing, providing ongoing production support and issue resolution.
• Execute code reviews, manage transport activities, and maintain documentation for knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP HR ABAP development.
• Proficiency in OO ABAP, HR ABAP, and SAP new syntax.
• Hands-on experience with CDS Views, SAP Workflow, and OData services.
• Ability to develop Reports and Proxies within the SAP ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of performance tuning and debugging techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAP best practices and development standards.
• Experience with proxy-related objects and complex integration scenarios.
