Manage design and configuration of the SAP HR module within S/4HANA and SuccessFactors environments.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into functional designs, including business objects, methods, containers, and HR org structures.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve assigned incidents and major incidents, implementing effective workarounds.
- Execute functional testing including Unit, Integration, and UAT to ensure software quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as security, infrastructure, and interface developers, to resolve complex issues.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP across implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.
- 5+ years of specialized experience in SAP ABAP HR.
- Strong expertise in SAP Workflow.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll.
- Proficiency in SAP Time Management.
- Experience working with S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
- Ability to configure info types, triggering events, and role resolution strategies.
