Description

Manage design and configuration of the SAP HR module within S/4HANA and SuccessFactors environments.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into functional designs, including business objects, methods, containers, and HR org structures.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve assigned incidents and major incidents, implementing effective workarounds.
  • Execute functional testing including Unit, Integration, and UAT to ensure software quality.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as security, infrastructure, and interface developers, to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP across implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.
  • 5+ years of specialized experience in SAP ABAP HR.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Workflow.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll.
  • Proficiency in SAP Time Management.
  • Experience working with S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to configure info types, triggering events, and role resolution strategies.

Education

ANY GRADUATE
