Description

You will lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.

Responsibilities

• Perform fit-gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off and Timesheet solutions.
• Define business requirements for HR processes.
• Configure Employee Central workflows and write complex business rules.
• Manage data models within the Employee Central module.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM environments.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Active SuccessFactors certification is required.
• In-depth understanding of EC data models.
• Expertise in configuring EC workflows and complex business rules.
• Deep knowledge of Employee Central Time Off and Timesheet modules.
• Experience conducting gap analysis.
