Description

Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, focusing on Compensation and Variable Pay modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale implementation projects covering Compensation Worksheets, budget allocation, and compensation planning.
• Execute full implementation cycles for Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
• Design compensation statements and manage complex compensation processes.
• Apply lookup table knowledge to meet specific business requirements.
• Translate business processes into optimal SAP solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Minimum of 3-4 end-to-end implementations in SF Compensation.
• 1-2 end-to-end implementations in Variable Pay.
• Strong expertise in SF Compensation Worksheets, Budget allocation, and Compensation Planning.
• Integration knowledge with PMGM and Employee Central (EC).
• Experience managing global accounting requirements alongside local statutory needs.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience in SF modules such as EC or PMGM.
