Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and business rules using ServiceNow development best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using web services.
• Implement UI components and enhancements using HTML and CSS, and client-side logic using JavaScript.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting needs related to ServiceNow processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reliable service automation.

Skills Required:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development
• JavaScript and Java for application logic and integration development
• HTML and CSS for UI customization
• SQL and web services for data access and system integrations

Good to Have:

• REST API integration
• SOAP API integration

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• Master's Degree in Computer Science
