Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and business rules. Build integrations with external systems and optimize data retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and business rules using development best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using web services.
• Implement UI components and enhancements using HTML and CSS, and client-side logic using JavaScript.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting needs related to ServiceNow processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reliable service automation.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Java for application logic and integration development.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for UI customization.
• Proficiency in SQL and web services for data access and system integrations.
• Experience with SAP PI integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REST API integration.
• Experience with SOAP API integration.
