Description

You will drive ServiceNow implementations and strategic digital transformation projects for clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement technical and business requirements for ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, GRC, and ESG.
• Oversee application and workflow configuration while collaborating with technical teams.
• Analyze client technological transformation needs to deliver practical engineering and integration solutions.
• Develop client-specific reporting processes and integration components.
• Translate strategic organizational objectives into tactical and operational technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of professional experience specifically on ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITIL, HR, or other modules).
• 2+ years of experience in Consulting or the High-Tech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Informatics, Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM Frameworks, and IT Governance.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0.
• Experience in governance and change management related to transformation projects.
• Full English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications.
• ITSM framework certifications (e.g., ITIL).
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and Design Thinking.
