Description

You will manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform through technical implementation and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Execute platform upgrades and patching processes to ensure system stability.
• Develop and manage integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Implement Virtual Agent and support Citizen Development initiatives.
• Communicate technical updates and project status to customers effectively.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
• Direct experience managing ServiceNow upgrades and patching.
• Technical proficiency in ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience configuring Virtual Agent.
• Knowledge of Citizen Development workflows.
• Familiarity with agile methodology.
• Strong verbal and organizational communication skills.
