Description

Analyze, design, and develop Java/J2EE applications for US-based clients. You will own the full lifecycle from RESTful service implementation to JVM performance tuning and monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java/J2EE applications.
• Build and implement RESTful web services.
• Optimize and tune JVM performance for system stability.
• Write and maintain unit tests using JUnit.
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues using Splunk.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Experience with the Spring framework.
• Knowledge of RESTful web services design.
• Familiarity with JVM optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience with JUnit for testing.
• Ability to use Splunk for log analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to travel or relocate to unanticipated client sites across the US.
