Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Cloudera CDP 7.1 Big Data environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Ansible and Terraform.
• Manage Hadoop ecosystem and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Handle production support, customer tickets, and infrastructure incidents.
• Perform upgrades, deployment, testing, and documentation updates.
• Develop automation for self-service requests, APIs, scripts, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Cloudera vendor and internal technical teams.
• Support infrastructure billing system enhancements and production schedules.
