Description

Act as a technical problem solver for Stock Plan Services (SPS) systems, translating business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and system feature design documentation.
• Collaborate with agile teams and technology leads to build cohesive solution approaches and evaluate system design for maintainability.
• Define problem scope regarding business and system requirements while researching alternative technical solutions.
• Participate in backlog refinement sessions and ensure complete acceptance test criteria for all requirements.
• Partner with SPS program teams to identify inter-dependencies and opportunities for component reuse.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of systems analysis experience with a background in software solutions definition and development.
• Deep domain knowledge of Stock Plan Services (SPS) administration, including enrollment, contributions, and distributions.
• Proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices, and Angular JS (versions 11, 12, and 14).
• Experience with mainframe applications and programming languages such as COBOL, PL/I, or Assembler.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of domain-driven design and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and formal software development lifecycles.
• Advanced data analysis skills including querying, profiling, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to document processes, workflows, and technical illustrations.
