Description

You will design and implement a microservices-based, data-driven customer experience solution using cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and deliver microservices as an active member of an agile scrum team.
• Maintain operational responsibility for solutions, including deployment, monitoring, telemetry, and incident handling.
• Ensure efficient operations through self-healing, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery implementations.
• Develop proofs-of-concept to validate technical approaches and influence team direction.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, resource utilization, and cost-efficiency.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Strong experience with Java microservices and Spring or Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Istio.
• Experience with Apache Flink and data processing pipelines (batch and stream).
• Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven software architecture.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
• Proficiency with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, or CloudWatch.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Professional fluency in English.
