Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise Windows Server and VMware environments.
• Manage Windows Server services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, clustering, and patch management.
• Deploy and support VMware vSphere environments including ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and vMotion.
• Administer Dell VxRail clusters, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Lead infrastructure migrations, consolidation, disaster recovery, and data-center transformation projects.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and VMware PowerCLI.
• Prepare technical designs, implementation plans, runbooks, and documentation.
• Coordinate with storage, networking, security, cloud, and application teams.
• Lead technical activities, mentor junior team members, and communicate with clients.
• Ensure compliance with security, change-management, and operational requirements.

Experience Required

• 7-15 years of experience in Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
• 5+ years of experience with VMware vSphere in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Dell VxRail and VMware technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization, storage, networking, and backup.
• Experience with PowerShell, PowerCLI, or infrastructure automation.
• Experience leading infrastructure projects and working directly with clients.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

Good to Have

• VMware VCP/VCAP certification.
• Dell VxRail certification.
• Microsoft Windows Server or Azure certification.
• Knowledge of NSX, vSAN, SRM, Aria Operations, Horizon, or cloud migration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, ITIL, or project management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
