Description

You will support the delivery of digital transformation projects by assisting senior consultants with data analysis, research, and solution development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on emerging digital trends and analyze business data to identify areas for digital intervention.
• Assist in developing digital transformation strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and system interactions for CRM, ERP, and cloud solutions.
• Use Power BI and Google Analytics to generate data-driven insights and project recommendations.
• Support project management by tracking timelines, deliverables, and maintaining project documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation or consulting support.
• Proficiency in data analytics platforms including Power BI and Google Analytics.
• Experience with digital tools such as CRM, ERP systems, automation tools, and cloud solutions.
• Ability to perform research and data analysis to inform project recommendations.
• Competency in solution development, including creating process improvement strategies.
• Strong documentation skills for creating project reports, presentations, and process flows.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of emerging technologies including AI/ML and cloud services.
