Description

You will provide technical expertise and implementation support to customers throughout the application lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to customer implementations including portfolio assessment, application design, security assessment, and deployment architectures.
• Manage integration, release configuration, functional testing, performance testing, and production operations.
• Deliver classroom-based training to architects, developers, and operations teams.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Collaborate within delivery teams alongside project managers and account teams.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of software development, consulting, or support experience.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Java, C++, C#, Python, Node.js (JavaScript), Ruby, Perl, or Scala.
• Experience with databases including MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures and application development methodologies.
• Understanding of software deployment, operations, and cloud concepts.
• Knowledge of Linux diagnostics and tuning.
• Ability to travel across the West Coast up to 60% of the time for on-site delivery.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence presenting technical concepts in customer-facing settings.

Preferred Skills

• Windows tuning knowledge.
• Experience working across distinct industries or verticals.
