Description

You will design, develop, and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and data migration solutions on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect cloud migration projects to move on-premise workloads to AWS.
• Build and implement secure Virtual Private Cloud environments including VPC, IAM, and network access controls.
• Develop scalable production systems using Elastic Load Balancers and Auto Scaling across multiple availability zones.
• Assess client technology landscapes for cloud suitability and define new architectures.
• Integrate Informatica with Teradata appliances and manage data migration using DMS and S3 COPY.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience in consulting, industry, or technology roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, KMS, Lambda, IAM, Kinesis, ECS, and EMR.
• Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, PowerExchange, XML flat file handling, and Teradata integration.
• Experience with relational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and DB2.
• Proficiency in designing serverless architectures using Lambda, API Gateway, and RESTful services.
• Strong knowledge of AWS networking, including VPN connectivity, subnets, and security groups.
• Experience with cloud monitoring via CloudWatch and data migration tools.
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools, orchestration, and agile development processes.
• Scripting experience in Unix shell, Python, PySpark, Spark, Perl, or Ruby.
• AWS Certified Associate or Professional certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Axon Data Governance, EDC Data Catalog, or Informatica Cloud Integration.
• Familiarity with BDM Big Data.
