Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and integration of business intelligence and data visualization solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of data visualization software and guide tool selection.
• Direct the adoption and planning for new dashboard tool installations.
• Integrate third-party data sources into internal Tableau or alternative servers.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards to allow researchers and marketers to query data.
• Optimize tables and charts for usability, performance, and accessibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing scalable dashboards and visual analytics using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.
• Expertise architecting data integrations from third-party sources including APIs and cloud storage like AWS S3 or Snowflake.
• Proven ability to construct automated ETL pipelines and workflows for data transformation and ingestion.
• Advanced SQL skills for transforming unstructured, semi-structured, and structured datasets.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and indexing for large-scale datasets.
• Technical familiarity with Tableau live connections/extracts, Superset SQL-based reporting, or Power BI self-service tools.
• Experience managing large-scale datasets including marketing research, consumer behavior, and operational metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of visual communication and UX/UI design principles for interactive reporting.
• Familiarity with statistical and predictive modeling to support decision-making.
